Inda has been navigating, as an HR leader, both the waters of IT start-ups and large global organizations for the past 10+ years. She has had the opportunity to live throughout acquisitions (yes, some start-ups do sell out!), change of organizational cultures, rough times and fun times. She spends her days surrounded by web developers, who keep her on a rich diet of very captivating "food for thought".
