Defining Digital Standards

At McGill University, 1700 staff manage 900 sites that generate 10M page views per month. McGill's new digital standards define our criteria for building sites in areas such as usability, accessibility, brand adherence, security and more, in a succinct, user-friendly format. These standards are aimed at helping staff build better sites that provide positive user experiences. Find out how we produced and launched this initiative and the results.
