Accelerate: The Science Behind Devops

In this workshop, we will take quite a deep dive into Accelerate’s vast array of organizational objectives - from Software Delivery Performance to Psychological Safety, from reduced Deployment Pain to less Burnout - and how these are demonstrably achieved through Transformational Leadership, Lean-Agile Management, and Technical Practices.

This training will bring particular value to individuals seeking a Map to organizational performance which doesn’t focus only on people and processes (ala Scrum) or only on technological solutions, but rather try to the human and the technological in order to make their organizations attain Flow. We believe IT managers, enterprise and solution architects, DevOps and Agile leadership, Software Crafters would all benefit from understanding these holistic frameworks and contemplating their application in their own context.
